Orders are processed within 4-6 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

USA Shipping: Delivery within 7-16 business days (tracking available).
International Shipping: Delivery within 7-25 business days (tracking availability may vary).

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package using the provided tracking details.

Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

Lost or Delayed Packages

In rare cases, packages may take longer than expected. If there are no tracking updates for 30-60 business days, please contact us for assistance.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or alternative solution as necessary.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 30 minutes of placement.
After this period, if the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
A $20 transaction fee will apply to cancellations made within the allowable timeframe.
